With activities in over 40 countries, our team of talented individuals comes together to create unforgettable experiences that captivate audiences of all ages. **Job Summary** As a key member of our Direct Channel Strategy and Activation (DCS&A) team, you will be responsible for driving the daily management and execution of direct channel campaigns. You will be a subject matter expert in the tools and data our team uses for activation, providing training and support to colleagues as needed. You will lead partner meetings related to campaign activations for your lines of business and report to the DCS&A Partner Director. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $70-$80/year. **Responsibilities** * Drive the daily management and execution of direct channel campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the tools and data used by the DCS&A team for activation, providing training and support to colleagues as needed * Lead partner meetings related to campaign activations for your lines of business, ensuring alignment and effective communication * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement direct channel strategies, driving business growth and customer engagement * Analyze data and metrics to inform campaign optimization and improvement, ensuring maximum ROI and customer satisfaction * Develop and maintain complex data streams using multiple direct channels, ensuring seamless integration and effective execution * Provide expert-level support for campaign QA, troubleshooting, and issue resolution * Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning across the team * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of team processes and procedures, ensuring effective onboarding and knowledge transfer **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, data science) * 2+ years of direct experience in SQL data analysis, including data selection, joining, and troubleshooting * 5+ years of direct experience in campaign list selection cycles and mission sending capabilities * Demonstrated expertise in complex data conditions, data set philosophy, structures, and querying * Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving business outcomes through clear and compelling storytelling * Experience working with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard * Experience building complex marketing streams using multiple direct channels * Direct experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for campaign sending and execution * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results through data-driven decision-making * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, data science) * Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems * Proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement through innovative direct channel strategies * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $70-$80/year * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
