Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge - Remote Chat Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a Chat Professional, you will be the face of blithequark to our premium clients, providing exceptional support and services that exceed their expectations. You'll work as part of a dynamic team to deliver personalized experiences, build brand loyalty, and drive client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and provide access to our premium clients upon arrival, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience, resolving issues and concerns in a proactive and creative manner. Utilize a Client's First mindset to address clients' needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions and recommendations. Offer travel counsel, reservation assistance, and lifestyle suggestions to enhance the client's experience. Collaborate with partners to accommodate clients' needs, including food and beverage services. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple client requests simultaneously. Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products and services, making recommendations that align with client needs and interests. Essential Qualifications: Minimum 1-year of experience handling premium clients in a customer-facing role. Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to charm clients in every interaction. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions. Professional and positive demeanor in all interactions, with a focus on building brand loyalty. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple client requests simultaneously. Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or chat-based customer service environment. Familiarity with technology platforms and tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of travel industry trends and developments, with the ability to provide informed recommendations.
