About the Role at Blithequark This exciting opportunity is part of our Airport Hubs and Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division. As an Entry-Level Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Participate in and ensure compliance with blithequark's policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism Distribute equipment and supplies to various teams and departments, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste Assist with finance-related tasks, such as organizing and maintaining operational records and lost time, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee new team member onboarding and manage boarding processes, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth transition into the team Perform a wide range of office duties, including: Coordinating meeting plans and schedules, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members Preparing and filing documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Ordering and distributing office supplies, ensuring that the team has the resources they need to succeed Reconciling P-card spending, ensuring financial accountability and transparency Tracking anniversaries and birthday celebrations, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely request processing and receipt reconciliation, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Work with vendors to resolve fuel-related issues, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently Manage and store lost and found cash and other items, maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers Maintain equipment inventory and supplies, ensuring that our team has the resources they need to deliver exceptional service Assist with the preparation of management presentations and special projects as needed, providing administrative support and ensuring successful outcomes Troubleshoot and escalate office technology issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations and maintaining high levels of productivity Support station event planning, coordination, and execution (e.g., team-building activities, lunch get-togethers, and recognition events), fostering a positive and inclusive team culture Close financial transactions from the previous day, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalency required, providing a foundation for future learning and development Previous office or administrative experience preferred, although we're happy to provide training and support to the right candidate Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of blithequark's policies, procedures, and corporate standards, ensuring that you can make a positive contribution from day one Ability to prioritize tasks, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines, maintaining high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that you can thrive in our dynamic team Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals Ability to adapt to new software and programs, ensuring that you can stay up-to-date with the latest technology and innovations Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service, enabling you to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels within the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building loyalty Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to overcome obstacles and achieve goals Proficiency in MS Office products, with the ability to learn new software and systems Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and development Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
