**Experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Specialist – Remote Deals Enablement Program**

We're seeking a talented and pioneering individual who will join our team in creating and delivering a pivotal new device for both clients and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team in making and delivering a groundbreaking new device that will raise the sales venture. This role requires the ability to adapt from program methodology to development, to activities, to experience design, to geo status, and more. The successful candidate will be high-energy, proactive, enthusiastic about client experience, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the program lead to map out the client journey and develop strategies to meet goals * Coordinate content from various sources, including internal teams and external partners * Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all arenaflex content, and monitor performance metrics to inform content refreshes * Participate in fast prototyping and testing to ensure seamless user experiences * Work closely with IT and Product Management teams to implement solutions that drive sales, improve customer experience, and enhance overall performance **Essential Qualifications** * 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-centric markets * Deep expertise in customer experience optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales * Comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications * Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights * Experience with customer service tools, including Adobe Experience Director (a plus) * Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a matrixed environment where collaboration is essential * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highest level of integrity, values, ethics, and trust **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services * Strong understanding of customer experience design principles and methodologies * Experience with content management systems and digital asset management tools * Certification in customer experience, marketing, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong understanding of customer experience design principles and methodologies * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
