Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns, leveraging problem-solving skills and industry knowledge. Lifting instruments, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A valid driver's license. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and stakeholders.
