Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores, driving continuous improvement. Requirements To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment, with minimal supervision. Proficiency with computers and familiarity with online shopping platforms, including our website and CRM systems.
