About the Role: Customer Service Consultant As a Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between customers' online and in-store experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout their car buying journey. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and personalized experience, helping customers find their dream car while building trust and loyalty with the blithequark brand. Key Responsibilities: Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences for their next car purchase Utilize your knowledge of the blithequark inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their requirements Provide support and guidance to customers at every step of their car buying journey, from online sales and appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery Ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing, delivering an unrivaled customer service experience Mentor others as your skillset expands, contributing to the growth and development of the team Achieve sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we believe in rewarding our associates for their hard work and dedication.
