You'll be the go-to expert for complex customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You'll also be responsible for: * Advocating for our customers, problem-solving, and owning issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements * Investigating customer concerns, helping to create and implement process improvements, and reporting trending customer issues * Supporting other customer service advocates, guiding them to the right path to solve customer concerns, and providing in-the-moment feedback to ensure they're connected to the right resources * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience **What We're Looking For** * 3+ years of customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * 1+ year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office * Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and adapt to change * Strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and independent decision-making * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and dependability * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm **Preferred Qualifications** * 4+ years of customer service or call center experience * 1+ year of experience working in the financial industry * Experience working with complex customer issues, with a strong understanding of financial products and services **Work from Home Requirements** * A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions * Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot * A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) * ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred **Benefits and Compensation** * Competitive salary range: $49,774 - $49,774 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, and mental wellness support * 401K and Stock Purchase Plan, with a secure future for you and your family * Flexible schedule options, paid time off, paid training and development, tuition reimbursement, and backup childcare * Opportunity to work with a diverse team of talented individuals who share a common goal: to make banking better for every customer **How to Apply** If you're a customer service expert with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you!
