Role Overview As an e-Live Verification Phone Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for reviewing customer information, ensuring that all requirements are met to rent equipment, and providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, or email. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and navigating between different systems and screens. Key Responsibilities Claim sessions for customers doing business with blithequark via Truck Share 24/7, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all users Review each session for accuracy, answering customer questions and determining the proper course of action to resolve any issues that may arise Make outbound calls for verification of alternate contacts, ensuring that all customers are properly verified and able to access the equipment they need Communicate with customers via phone or chat in an efficient and courteous manner, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns Ensure compliance with blithequark policies to retain customer loyalty and prevent objections, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures Review telephone, mail, and internet procedures for each communication received and respond within a specific time frame, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally Listen to customer concerns, document them, and resolve issues when possible, while also escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Inbound call/phone experience (high volume highly preferred), with a proven track record of handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner 1 year of customer service experience (via phone highly preferred), with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of customer service Technically savvy, with proficiency in using computers and software applications, including experience with CRM systems and other customer service tools Logic and reasoning skills, with attention to detail and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers at one time (online sessions), with a strong focus on prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively Good time management skills and reasonable, predictable attendance, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Goal-oriented, with a willingness to learn different systems and navigate between multiple screens, and a strong focus on delivering results and achieving goals Efficient communication skills through instant messaging programs, with experience using tools such as chatbots and other digital communication platforms Ability to work independently, delivering practical solutions, and thriving in a collaborative team environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration Training and Education As an e-Live Verification Phone Agent at blithequark, you will receive one week of instructor-led training, with accelerated classroom education and hands-on training in small groups. After initial training, you will work independently, with additional continued education courses, counseling, and coaching from the leadership team.
