Our consumer-friendly interface and decision support tools have revolutionized the way people interact with health insurance, and we're just getting started. **The Opportunity** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies.
