Our vision is to make a positive impact on people's lives, and we're committed to building a motivating and positive work environment, even in a remote setting. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues efficiently * Entering application data accurately and efficiently * Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities * Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * A high level of comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to full attendance for paid training * A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet is required) * A personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be highly beneficial.
