With the largest state-based marketplace footprint, we're dedicated to making finding and enrolling in health insurance simple, especially during these challenging times. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through: * Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, a plus **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly valued.
