From the widespread availability of 5G and Fiber to working on cutting-edge technologies, we're committed to creating connections that change the world. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative in our Hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat. You will work in our call center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week, utilizing various tools and systems to initiate, assist, and service customers.
