We're dedicated to creating a work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. **A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be working with various individuals on behalf of our clients, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between them throughout your day. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming inquiries and making outgoing calls, emails, or chats to deliver exceptional contact center services * Providing empathetic and professional support to clients, understanding that their interactions with us can be stressful * Resolving most questions on your own, with support from your team available when needed * Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions * Turning every interaction into a positive one, leveraging your superior listening skills and professionalism **Qualifications for a Remote Customer Service Representative** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * One year of customer service or call center experience * The ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms * A quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet * Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office * The ability to pass a background check * Excellent customer service skills **Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule** As a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, you can expect to work 38-40 hours per week, with at least one weekend day required. Our departments operate 24/7, so we offer flexible work schedules to accommodate your needs.
