As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who may be eligible for compensation, providing them with empathetic support, and guiding them through the process. **Responsibilities:** As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Connecting with callers through an automated dialer, with the potential to speak to 40-50 individuals per day * Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication * Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately * Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position * Adhering to all company policies and procedures * Assisting with other projects as needed * Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues **What We're Looking For:** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
