**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center**

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who may be eligible for compensation and providing them with the information and support they need. **Responsibilities:** As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation through an automated dialer * Handling a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation * Multitasking to listen, answer questions, and view multiple windows simultaneously * Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts as needed * Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position * Adhering to all company policies and procedures * Assisting with other projects as needed * Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues **This is for you if:** * You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills * You have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills * You're a strong problem-solver with conflict resolution skills * You're competitive and motivated by performance-based pay * You're willing to work 40+ hours per week **Requirements:** * You must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * You must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace * You'll need a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications: + 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU * You'll require high-speed internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100Mbps upload speeds * You'll need a reliable noise-cancellation headset that's wired via USB (average price: $20-$30) * You'll need a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused experience * You'll require at least 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **This is not for you if:** * You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues * You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week * You're unable to handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups until you're connected with a viable caller * You're unable to use problem-solving skills * You're unable to work the full training period (90 days) * You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours **Benefits:** * Health Insurance, Vision, and Dental Coverage * Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) * Eligible for overtime outside of the training period **Hours of Operation:** * A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern **Why join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success.
