Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Call Center team. Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding service to members via effective communication and problem-solving, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships. Recommend and Sell Products and Services: Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to recommend and sell tailored solutions to meet member needs, driving sales and revenue growth. Achieve and Exceed Goals: Meet and exceed personal and departmental goals in a fast-paced setting, consistently striving to improve performance and contribute to the team's success. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of customer service experience demonstrating proven sales and service skills, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in a Windows software environment, with a strong typing speed of 35 words per minute and excellent writing skills, including attention to grammar and composition. Soft Skills: Dependable, skilled in multitasking, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent phone etiquette, self-motivated, and a team player with the capacity to work independently.
