You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, guidance, and solutions to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Key Responsibilities** - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets - Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required - At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - Ability to type accurately at least 30 wpm - Strong computer knowledge and experience with CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - High-speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download = ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms <175 (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have ethernet connections) **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous Contact Center and/or work-from-home experience - Experience with sales and customer service software - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Experience with CRM software and data entry **Work Environment and Culture** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and a relaxed work environment.
