Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with Website Navigation: Help customers navigate the blithequark website, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on how to find products, track orders, and access account information. Provide Product Information: Offer detailed product information, pricing details, and assistance with online orders, ensuring that customers have all the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.
