Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their travel needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Customer Support**: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general travel information. * **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer. * **Information Sharing**: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures. * **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system. * **Customer Education**: Guide customers on how to use arenaflex online platforms, including booking systems and mobile apps. * **Feedback Collection**: Actively seek customer feedback and relay important information to the relevant departments for continuous service improvement. * **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure consistent and reliable customer service. **Required Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. * **Customer Service Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry. * **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. * **Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to think critically and make quick decisions to resolve customer issues. * **Empathy and Patience**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure. * **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in procedures or technology. **Experience** While previous experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus, it's not required.
