Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Process and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to senior team members or management as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including detailed notes and outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the airline or travel industry. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field. Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, both independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
