As a Senior Customer Service Representative Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class customer service to our clients, leveraging your expertise and passion to drive business growth and exceed customer expectations. **Job Description** As a Senior Customer Service Representative Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services. You'll support a complex dedicated suite of products/services, service a sophisticated client base, and/or leverage an advanced process or tool to support internal and external customers. Your focus will be on problem resolution that occurs across multiple channels for our customers, delivering the CARES model to customers and service partners. Key Responsibilities: * Receives, investigates, and responds to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services, and issues via all channels through which customers are served. * Resolves customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and resolving the most complex or reoccurring issues, and identifying root cause and acting as an escalation point. * May interact with higher levels within the customer organization. * Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with blithequark's core values, demonstrating commitment to quality and serving as a coach or mentor and may serve as a trainer to the customer service team. * Documents customer interactions and completes service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications/licensures: * Accountability, Continual Improvement Process, Customer Interactions, Customer Service, Decision Making, Relationship Building, Results-Oriented, Technical Support * Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Fraud Detection and Prevention, Managing Multiple Priorities, Problem Solving, Products and Services, Tech Savvy * Roles at this level typically require an Associate's or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by blithequark. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. You'll be located within the Pacific Standard Time zone, with a shift of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST / 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST.
