This ensures we're prepared and available to help our clients when they need us most. For unexpected occasions or issues, we require our representatives to be proactive in their communication and arrange accordingly. * Handle a High Volume of Calls: You will handle an expected 50-60 calls per shift. This is a fast-paced environment and requires high organization. There is minimal downtime here as you are often on consecutive calls during your shift. * Meet Our Superior Performance Bar: You'll strive to exceed customer satisfaction and succeed in meeting customer service performance metrics, and other responsibilities as assigned. * Expertly Connect with Clients: You'll need energy for people. You'll be the voice of arenaflex and work to build a relationship with clients who reach us by inbound calls, chats, and messages. Topics can range from returns, substitutions, delivery, product availability, order status, and more. * Listen Effectively and Show Compassion: You will effectively listen to comprehend client concerns and utilize internal resources to find the best solution to fully address their concern. * De-Escalate Client Concerns: Most clients reach us because they've had an issue and need your assistance. You will utilize your conflict resolution skills to adjust the needs of the client with the options from the business while maintaining a calm demeanor. * Issue Resolution: Solutions are not a one-size-fits-all approach, so customer service representatives don't read from pre-populated scripts. You will be given a degree of independence to assist clients in finding the right solution. You'll need to think systematically to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach. * Be Educated and Multitask: You'll need to juggle navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate requests to quickly and effectively answer questions. The ideal customer service representative will be knowledgeable about computers and be able to successfully navigate technology consistently, and appreciate learning new software. * Identify Areas for Improvement: Assist us in constantly taking it to the next level.
