Our mission is to redefine customer service and sales, creating meaningful connections with each customer and driving business growth through exceptional experiences. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Customer Service & Sales Representative - Hybrid, you'll be the voice of blithequark, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction, and loyalty. You'll handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices, as well as address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support.
