With a focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence, we're looking for a talented customer service specialist to join our team. **Job Summary** As an AWS Client Care Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our US Government and Enterprise clients, providing expert support and guidance on complex record and charging issues. You'll work closely with our sales and account management teams to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients to avoid potential issues and ensure a seamless experience with our services. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to US Government and Enterprise clients, addressing complex record and charging issues in a timely and professional manner * Work with clients to understand their use of AWS record and charging services, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve their experience * Perform in-depth analysis of client records and charging statements, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to address client concerns * Teach clients on reporting options, warnings, and budgets, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed * Provide brief, effective, and detailed support to clients, working closely with our global customer service team to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support * Drive activities that improve client communication with AWS record and charging data, ensuring clients have the information they need to make informed decisions * Serve as the Voice of the Client for our Enterprise clients, identifying areas for improvement and working with our teams to develop solutions that meet client needs * Collaborate with our sales and account management teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client requirements * Participate in AWS launch and support events, providing support and guidance to clients during critical periods * Stay up-to-date on AWS product and feature developments, ensuring you have the knowledge and expertise needed to support clients effectively **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering) * 3+ years of experience in customer service or record management, working with high-profile clients * 3+ years of experience with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas) * Current, active US Government Trusted status of TS/SCI with Polygraph **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience in service and record management positions * A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to solve client issues * Demonstrated success in a high-speed support environment * Exhibited achievement driving cross-functional initiatives * SQL and other social database insight * Strong familiarity with web technologies and the web * Understanding of cloud-based computing and storage concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading technology company and contribute to the development of innovative solutions * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of talented professionals * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
