Our team of experts is passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our mission. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Engineer supporting our Client Security Services business, you'll work closely with our Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a high level of technical expertise and working with Google Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner scenarios. If you have a strong background in cloud security, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers. * Maintain a high level of technical expertise and work with Google Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner scenarios. * Support Google Cloud Security business development and relationships by being responsible for technical aspects of deals, including delivering compelling technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and Google Cloud Stage partners. * Plan and deliver product messaging to highlight our solution value using strategies including whiteboard and slide presentations, product showcases, white papers, trial management, and request for information response documents. * Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events, where applicable. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. * 2+ years of experience working with security or cloud native models in a customer-facing or technical sales engineering role. * Experience in network security topics such as threat detection, malware knowledge, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management frameworks. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. * Certification in Cloud or Security industry. * Experience implementing enterprise security solutions like threat hunting, malware detection, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management frameworks. * Knowledge of emerging trends in the cloud security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, etc.). * Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in cloud security, with a focus on Google Cloud Security products. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
