Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first line of technical support for consumer and business customers, handling complex call types ranging from service support and billing to retention and repair. Troubleshoot technical issues with ease, resolving customer-impacting issues such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements. Assist customers with products and services such as laptop connect services, including air cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of blithequark provided software and applications. Proactively engage with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues. Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters. Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and prepaid service. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Must be located in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN. Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Must maintain a workspace in alignment with work-from-home standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) and participate in workspace audits. Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience. Familiarity with Windows computers. An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance. Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide exceptional customer service. You'll also need to be highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
