As a key player in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of entertainment. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be part of our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group, which plays a critical role in supporting Arenaflex's DTC business. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with business leaders to identify key challenges and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Data Operations, to ensure that our business decisions are informed by data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them * Develop and maintain a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to a steady stream of Pack intel * Perform in-depth pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle * Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth * Collaborate with other Examination groups to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, compelling narrative * Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, and Looker **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation * Proficiency in R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques * Ability to work with large datasets, deciphering patterns and utilizing multiple data sources and tools * Experience with data visualization tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, and Looker * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing space * Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including but not limited to MVT and Stomach muscle testing **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $35-$45 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented data analyst with a passion for driving business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
