Our platform is available in multiple languages, and we support a wide range of content, from entertainment and education to news and personal vlogs. **Job Summary** As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our Adversarial Abuse team, which focuses on identifying and mitigating malicious behavior, such as account takeovers, spam, and content manipulation. You'll also oversee the Business Analytics team, which provides insights and data-driven recommendations to inform our trust and safety strategies. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, with a passion for using data to drive decision-making and drive positive change. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team, responsible for identifying and mitigating malicious behavior, such as account takeovers, spam, and content manipulation * Oversee the Business Analytics team, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to inform our trust and safety strategies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Strategy, to develop and implement effective solutions to combat malicious behavior * Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to identify emerging patterns and trends in user behavior * Work closely with our Product Management team to design and implement new features and tools to enhance our trust and safety capabilities * Provide data-driven recommendations to inform our business strategy and drive decision-making * Manage a team of data analysts and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop in their careers * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of adversarial abuse and analytics, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategies and solutions **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics * 4+ years of experience in a related field, such as data analysis, machine learning, or software engineering * 2+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts and engineers * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ * Experience with data modeling and machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques * Strong business acumen, with experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics * 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and machine learning models * Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services * Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban * Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team of professionals * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **How to Apply** If you're passionate about using data to drive positive change and want to join a team of talented professionals who share your vision, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
