We're a company that's always pushing the limits of what's possible, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team and help us achieve our goals. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help us develop and implement AI and machine learning models that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Key Information Researcher, you'll work closely with our internal partners to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that improve our visitor experiences and drive business outcomes. You'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and scale machine learning solutions, driving innovation and growth through data-driven insights, and managing the functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal partners to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that improve visitor experiences and drive business outcomes * Lead and work with cross-functional teams to execute and scale machine learning solutions * Drive innovation and growth through data-driven insights and recommendations * Manage the functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services * Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionize machine learning calculations in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile Programming Frameworks * Master's level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development techniques * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical field * Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical field **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and machine learning projects * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to arenaflex's state-of-the-art technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about AI and machine learning, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
