**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – AI Model Development and Customer Support**

As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the development, implementation, and support of AI (ML) models for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX). **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in a remote position. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading the creation, implementation, and support of AI (ML) models for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the arenaflex family from the comfort of your own home, with no prior experience necessary – just a passion for customer service and a love for all things Disney! **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with colleagues to drive innovation and identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML. * Lead and work with different specialists and data researchers to execute and effectively scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the limits of functional objectives. * Drive innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to growing top-tier AI stages. * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team. * Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. * Productionize ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets. * Collaborate with different teams to achieve goals in improving system performance, Coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more. * 2+ years of master-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. * Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article Arranged Programming Configuration Examples. * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, even, and more) and SQL social and non-social datasets. * 2+ years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool. * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome major areas of strength for and, relational abilities, and determination to complete responsibilities. * Solid systems integration engineering skills, capable at transforming new tech into business solutions. **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker. * Experience with control frameworks. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform. * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile development techniques. * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development. * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). * Experience with audio analysis. * Experience with text analysis. **Education** * Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation. * Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. * A competitive salary and bonus structure. * A chance to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact. * A fun and supportive team environment that's passionate about creating magical experiences for our visitors. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who's passionate about AI, data analysis, and customer support, we'd love to hear from you!
