As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media analysis capabilities, identifying key opportunities for growth, and developing data-driven strategies to drive business results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that inform our marketing efforts. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support paid media analysis and business insights * Collaborate with paid media information science team and marketing groups to design and implement media blend models * Lead ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by quick translation of results and definition of recommendations that drive action * Work with business, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, track marketing and product performance, and drive data-driven decision-making * Influence Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools to create and maintain planned and ad-hoc reports * Examine data to identify business issues and lead in-depth dives to perform root cause analysis * Collaborate with partners to leverage data (internal data from arenaflex and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by delivering actionable insights * Conceptualize and run analysis that creates insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and refine our value proposition **Essential Capabilities** * Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Consulting in an e-commerce or related field * High-level SQL experience * High-level experience in at least one industry data analysis and visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight) * Master in Excel with a proven track record * Degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related field **Preferred Capabilities** * You enjoy working in a team of highly engaged and motivated individuals * You have a passion for numbers, data, and metrics, as well as a desire to communicate actionable insights of the highest quality * Strong inclination for action, highly organized, and able to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction and tight deadlines * Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively * Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations * Experience with and/or interest in learning more about cutting-edge data science approaches * Programming languages: knowledge of Python * Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS * Knowledge of Adobe Analytics **About arenaflex and its Benefits** arenaflex is a multinational e-commerce organization based in Seattle, Washington, USA.
