As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you’ll utilize your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and negotiate clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization. You’re equally comfortable explaining your team’s findings and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC). Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, figure out and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations. Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale. Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to move forward. Essential Qualifications Four-year certification or identical reasonable experience. 3 years of involvement with program management. 3 years of involvement in managing cross-functional or cross-group projects. Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating data sets using SQL. Preferred Qualifications 3 years of involvement in managing large, cross-functional projects traversing a different arrangement of partners both technical and non-technical individuals. 3 years of involvement with technical program/project management jobs. Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners inside at least one group to drive effect and work toward shared objectives. Excellent analytical, data perception, and decisive reasoning abilities. You should be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbally. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple projects and tasks is essential. You should also be able to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
