**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Analytics**

Our team of experts is passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive business growth, and we're committed to creating a culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Remote Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media investigation capability, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You'll be a key member of our analytics team, working closely with stakeholders to drive business growth and optimize advertising spend. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to inform business decisions and drive growth * Collaborate with paid media information science teams and marketing groups to develop and implement media blend models * Lead special projects, including data analysis, reporting, and recommendations to drive business growth * Work closely with business stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools, including SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and other reporting platforms * Analyze data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis * Collaborate with partners to leverage data (internal and external) to address complex business challenges and drive business growth * Develop and run investigations to produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to inform business decisions **Essential Capabilities** * 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce or related field * Advanced SQL experience * High-level experience in at least one industry analytics and measurement tool (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI) * Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * Bachelor's degree in related field with relevant certifications or experience **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a passion for collaboration and communication * Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven insights and storytelling * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and tight deadlines * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both business and technical stakeholders * Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations * Familiarity with state-of-the-art data science approaches and tools * Programming languages: Python, Java, C#, or R * Familiarity with Adobe Analytics **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $26/hour * Flexible, remote work arrangement * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the private sector * Collaborative, team-oriented work environment * Professional development opportunities, including training and certifications * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you're a motivated, analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven insights, we want to hear from you.
