As a key member of our data analysis team, you'll be responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to apply data-driven insights to drive business growth. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of data sets, develop new skills, and contribute to the development of our data analysis capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** * 30% Execute existing data analysis and reporting obligations, including data visualization, data mining, and statistical analysis. * 20% Use data analysis tools to develop new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, leveraging expertise in SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis. * 20% Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. * 20% Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the core functional team. * 10% Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis contributes to the overall business strategy. **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position reports to a Supervisor. This position has no Immediate Reports. **Travel Requirements** Occasional travel is required, with less than 10% of time spent traveling. **Physical Requirements** Most time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects. **Working Conditions** Located in a comfortable indoor environment, with rare and non-offensive exposure to adverse conditions. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics. * 2+ years of work experience in data analysis, data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization. * Strong understanding of data analysis tools, including SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks. * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics. * 3+ years of work experience in data analysis, data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization. * Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques. * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong understanding of data analysis tools, including SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks. * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
