You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a leading organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with record groups and contracting teams to identify and segregate changes resulting from over/under payment practices and integrate these into actual to-anticipated results * Aid the development and implementation of innovative data visualization techniques to communicate complex information to diverse audiences * Develop and maintain automated processes to identify data and interaction integrity issues, providing detailed recommendations for issue resolution * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions * Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reporting and presentation materials for projects, using query-based tools to extract and analyze data * Perform specific tasks identified in the compliance monitoring system, including assessment of definitions, cost increase maintenance, and organization ID * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Collaborate with peers in Sales, Finance, Regulation, Contracting, and Contract Management to drive business growth and improvement **Essential Capabilities** * Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes and project plans that meet business objectives within budget and established timelines * Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders to ensure quality standards for services * Experience creating approaches to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to resolve issues and ensure timely completion * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, coordinating, and tracking details and meeting time constraints of multiple projects with varying completion dates * Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and developing and implementing solutions * Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or anomalies to drive improvement of results and find solutions * High-level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using formulas, consolidating and formatting cells, printing focused pages, and creating pivot tables) * High-level ability in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., changing picture styles, altering animations, and setting automated slide timings) * High-level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., adding headers, creating footers, designing table styles, embedding comments, and creating mail merges) **Preferred Capabilities** * Graduate degree * Four-year certification in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Systems * Knowledge of advanced programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++) * Experience with system administration (e.g., Master, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis) * Experience with business intelligence tools for data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, Master) * Experience with teaching, coaching, and training staff * Knowledge of pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization * Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization * Knowledge of pharmacy industry pricing * Experience with project management (e.g., planning, coordinating, and overseeing resources to achieve successful completion of specific project objectives and goals) * Knowledge of systems like Cure and GIS * Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, and data warehouse management * Experience in a data warehouse/business intelligence/decision support network environment or IT experience * Knowledge of statistical concepts and data mining methods **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $35-$40 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and business intelligence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
