Our team is passionate about using data to drive business decisions, and we are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Standards and Compliance team. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation within our Quality Control division. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us to further develop our Quality Control division, ensuring that we maintain our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Expectations** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders * Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities * Presenting findings, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding * Helping to create and disseminate specific questions to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration * A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets with precision and accuracy * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas and results to various audiences * The ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase * The ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning * The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * A strong commitment to data security and confidentiality * A passion for innovation and continuous learning **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field * Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment * Familiarity with data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase * Experience with data analysis and statistical software, such as R or Python * A strong understanding of business principles and operations * A passion for innovation and continuous learning **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
