These improvements will support company objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby giving arenaflex a competitive edge. **Responsibilities and Expectations** The responsibilities and expectations of the Quality Control Standards and Compliance Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to: * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in optimal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Assist in creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Involved ability to collect, organize, analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy. * Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate ideas and present recorded in writing, verbally, or presentations delivered to discussions of varying audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred. * Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide suggestions using logic and reasoning. * Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred * Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-based environment * Ability to focus on responsibilities independently and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field is preferred * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives **Employee Benefits at arenaflex** * arenaflex is known for its positive company culture and employee-friendly policies.
