As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing this strategy, working closely with stakeholders to provide actionable insights that drive business results. **Position Description** As a Data Analyst in our Talent organization, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining data models, analyzing complex data sets, and providing insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our Talent Partners and Delivery leaders to identify priorities and develop roadmaps that meet business needs. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions that drive business outcomes and shape the future of our organization. **Responsibilities** * Lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, working closely with stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven strategies * Develop and maintain data models that provide actionable insights to inform business decisions * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business outcomes * Provide expert recommendations to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders on data-driven strategies and initiatives * Develop and execute plans to improve data quality and governance efforts * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Influence leaders on leveraging available insights and driving business outcomes **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or related field * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field * Strong knowledge of business operations and experience working with internal data ecosystems * Proven track record of delivering complex analysis and insights that inform business decisions * Ability to develop scalable and repeatable data solutions that meet business needs * Strong relationship-building and communication skills with stakeholders and cross-functional teams * Experience working with governance efforts, including business process enhancements and accountability management **Flexible, Hybrid Work** arenaflex offers a hybrid work model that combines in-office collaboration with virtual work options.
