As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, your responsibilities will include: * Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform business decisions * Creating ETLs or strategies that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table * Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges * Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition * Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues * Mentoring junior team members and becoming a Subject Matter Expert in your area of specialization **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) * Creativity with a user experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience) * Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root-cause business problems (supply chain background with transportation experience a plus) * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be a significant advantage.
