**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your key responsibilities will include: * Helping to improve and maintain the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller. * Collaborating closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to drive innovation and transformation. * Working closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs. * Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform. * Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions. * Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels. * Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. * Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools. * Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency. **Key Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years. * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups. * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence. * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives. * Support for economic-well-being and retirement. * Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business need. * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on your location). * Free access to international on-site online well-being facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location). * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application. * Career growth and education opportunities. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
