Our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique, which includes the design and programming of customer satisfaction surveys. With over 40 studies translated into 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries, we're committed to delivering a world-class customer experience. **The Transformation and Innovation of the Voice of the Customer Method** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer method. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller. * Collaborating closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation. * Working closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs. * Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform. * Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions. * Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels. * Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. * Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools. * Proactively identifying and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency. **Position Entails Operating Closely with Companions from GSN and AET to Prioritize, Define, Increase, and Review the Statistics for Various Use Cases as Part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up Technique** **Talents and Abilities** * Hands-on experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years. * Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups. * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we prioritize our colleagues' and their loved ones' holistic well-being.
