**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Methodology Development and Innovation**

Our customer listening team is responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback from across the globe, and we're looking for a Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and help drive the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer methodology. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us improve and preserve our Voice of the Customer methodology. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our agile technology team to design, build, and implement data models that drive business insights and inform decision-making. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform * Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions * Developing and implementing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Providing guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and building automation tools * Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Collaborating with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to the business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement data models that drive business insights and inform decision-making * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong understanding of data processing and analytics, with the ability to develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the holistic well-being of our colleagues and their loved ones.
