You will work closely with our product and design teams to develop and refine our product metrics, track key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and programming languages will enable you to extract valuable insights from complex data sets and communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Define, own, and refine product success metrics in collaboration with product management, UX, and design teams * Report, track, and explain key metrics and make recommendations to improve them * Identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for critical functionalities * Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to influence, focus, and support product strategy * Present data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders * Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering) * 4-year certification in a quantitative field or equivalent functional experience * 3 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) * Strong understanding of data visualization, statistical modeling, and machine learning concepts * Excellent communication and presentation skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with exploratory data analysis, data mining, and data warehousing * Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services) * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools * Strong understanding of data visualization, statistical modeling, and machine learning concepts **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
