Our commitment to innovation, creativity, and excellence has made us a household name, and we continue to push the boundaries of storytelling and entertainment. **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Studio Exploration and Analysis team. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Assisting with a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analysis exercises, including data collection, data preparation, and data visualization * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement research studies, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines * Building and maintaining relationships with research partners within the team and across different divisions of the company, as well as with external vendors * Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Developing and maintaining databases, data models, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making * Working with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that all results are actionable and drive key business decisions * Collaborating with the team and research groups within Snowflake and Databricks * Maintaining exceptional verbal and written communication skills on data components and requirements * Responding to basic data requests from internal clients * Presenting findings and insights to stakeholders and contributing to related business discussions * Staying up-to-date with SVOD and In-Home industry trends in a rapidly evolving landscape **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field and 3 years of relevant work experience * Experience with SQL, with the ability to extract and combine unique data sources * Ability to extract data and join with different data sources to develop a rich, comprehensive picture for the business * Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills * Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-speed environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations * Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and constant change **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with data handling tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight) * Experience with survey tools (e.g., Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Experience with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages * Postgraduate education in Statistics or Mathematics * Quantitative analysis background, either client-side or provider-side * Experience analyzing survey data to extract significant insights * Experience with membership-based business models and strategies * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer. **Compensation and Benefits:** The recruiting range for this position in Burbank, CA is $93,400 to $125,200 per year. The base salary will be determined based on internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications, among other factors.
