With operations in over 40 countries, our team of passionate individuals works together to create entertainment experiences that are both universal and locally loved. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Studio Exploration and Analysis team, supporting Disney+ Product, Marketing, and Content Curation, as well as In-Home Promoting and Distribution groups. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Disney+ Product teams, analyzing and integrating data, and providing support for quantitative and qualitative analysis projects. Your primary focus will be on Disney+ Product and Customer Experience tracking projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis tasks, including data collection and preparation, data extraction and analysis from various sources, and building reports, tables, and charts * Join different data sets using SQL to support the daily tasks of the Disney+ customer experience tracking project * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research at Disney, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to effectively target, develop, and improve our datasets * Build and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and across different divisions of the company, as well as external vendors * Analyze and plan ongoing and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various teams within the product marketing, engagement, and product strategy of Disney+ and the Disney Streaming Bundle * Manage assigned projects, execute quality control cycles, and report assignments and status to supervisors to ensure completion within established timelines * Work with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is decisively meaningful and drives key decision-making * Collaborate with the team and analysis groups within Snowflake and Databricks * Maintain exceptional verbal and written communication skills on data components and requirements * Respond to basic data requests from internal clients * Support the presentation of findings based on conducted analysis and contribute to related business discussions * Stay at the forefront of SVOD and In-Home industry trends amidst a rapidly evolving landscape * This role is Hybrid; face-to-face collaboration from Monday to Thursday, and remote on Friday **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Information Sciences, or related field and 3 years of relevant work experience OR Graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Information Sciences, or related field and 1 year of relevant work experience * Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and combine unique data sources * Ability to extract data and join with other data sources to develop a rich, comprehensive picture for the business * Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills * Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-speed environment * Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations * Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in a climate of tight timelines and continuous change **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in data handling tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight) * Experience with survey tools (e.g., Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Experience with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages * Postgraduate education in Statistical Analysis or Statistics * Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side * Experience analyzing survey data to extract significant insights * Experience with membership-based plans of action and strategy * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer. **Compensation and Benefits** The recruiting range for this position in Burbank, CA is $93,400 to $125,200 per year. The base salary will be determined based on internal value, as well as factors such as the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications.
