If you are a team player who is not afraid to ask questions and challenge assumptions, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Conducting forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to steer enterprise decisions * Analyzing agent performance, proactively discovering regions that require extra research, and owning analyses from beginning to finish * Building displays and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data * Presenting and speaking findings, insights, and suggestions to Senior Leadership and partners * Building, maintaining, auditing, and constantly optimizing reviews and documents used to system several programs * Managing programs essential to the enterprise operation correctly below strict timelines **Measurement and Analytics** As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for: * Leveraging multiple reporting structures and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) for behavior analyses and build/preserve reviews * Supervising data quality and record accuracy * Collaborating with group, leaders, and enterprise partners to reply to summary enterprise questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results * Applying modern analytic strategies to check hypotheses and extract actionable insights * Staying up to date with the present-day data technology trends and sharing expertise and excellent practices with group members **Required Qualifications & Skills** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in forecasting and analytics * Experience with time series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proficient in Python * Proactive interest to recognize the Why at the back of performance, decisions, etc. * Strong interest in elements and capacity to observe via duties and whole tasks on time * Effective verbal, written, and visual skills * Desire to excel in a fast-paced, and ambiguous enterprise environment **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Solid expertise in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization widespread methodologies and experience with data visualization tools, consisting of Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of confirmed experience in analytics or data technology **Education** A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. **Compensation & Benefits** The base pay supplied will consider internal fairness and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-associated knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
