As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and developing critical workflow tooling at scale. You'll work closely with teams across the organization to provide valuable insights and education, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement. If you're a data enthusiast with a passion for collaboration and a drive to make a difference, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop critical workflow tooling at scale, leveraging data analytics and visualization to drive business outcomes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and education, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement * Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders * Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and refine data models and algorithms * Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress and provide insights to stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst * Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) * Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Advanced Tableau developer skills * Capable SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience in software development, including data pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to achieve them * Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across multiple teams **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization * Familiarity with SQL and data analytics tools, including Tableau * Experience with data pipelines and data integration * Strong project management skills, including planning and leading efforts across multiple teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
