We're seeking a skilled Workflow Systems Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our goals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Designing and implementing scalable workflow tooling to support business outcomes * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes * Developing and maintaining dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive business decisions * Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform business decisions * Working closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and refine data-driven solutions * Iteratively refining dashboard layouts to ensure they meet the needs of our stakeholders * Characterizing the current state of our workflow, identifying areas for improvement, and developing plans to address these gaps * Serving as a change agent, working closely with partner teams to translate insights into actionable wins **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst * Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) * Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Advanced Tableau developer skills * Proficiency in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field **Preferred Skills** * Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Product ownership experience, including being accountable for key outcomes and driving efforts to generate concrete results through analytics * Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across multiple teams to achieve a unified goal **Benefits** As a member of the blithequark team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Comprehensive medical and dental coverage * Retirement benefits * Various discounted products and free services * Compensation for certain academic expenses, including tuition * Discretionary bonuses or fee bills * Relocation assistance (if applicable) **Work Environment and Culture** We're proud of our collaborative and inclusive culture, which values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
