Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and employees, and we are seeking talented professionals like you to join our journey. **Job Summary** As a Sr. Analyst in our Workforce Activities team, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with our store and HR partners to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance our processes and communications. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $27/hour, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency * Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance our processes and communications * Produce reports for management and leadership to audit and use, and present findings to groups and senior leaders * Build skills and knowledge through self-improvement, team information, and client (internal) information * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency * Regularly report to Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors) **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job * 3 years of work experience in a related field * Store insight and ASDS experience is preferred * Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and insights * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience driving high-performing teams * Counseling management and project management skills * Solid retail and field knowledge * Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with stakeholders **Work Environment and Culture** * Situated in a comfortable indoor region with regular opportunities to move about * Occasionally requires travel under 10% of the time * More often than not spent sitting in a comfortable position * Every once in a while may require moving or lifting light articles **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary of $27/hour * Flexible work arrangements * Opportunities for career growth and development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
